The union public service commission has released a latest notification. UPSC is India’s central agency conducting recruitment to various ministrial department services and posts under the union through conduct of competitive examination and recruitment to services posts under the central government by selection through interview.
UPSC recruitment has made by three methods Direct recruitment, promotions, and transfer basis. The selection will be based on interview or written test(Trade Test) follows by personal Interview.
Union Public Service Commission will holding National Deference Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy(NA) examination(II)2016 for admission to the Indian Army, Indian army, Indian Navy and Indian Air force wings of the NDA for the 138th course and for the 100th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC)commencing from 2nd July 2017.In this NDA has announced 208 posts for army, 55 for navy,92 for air force and NA has 55 vacancies. Name of the Examination: National Defence Academy (NDA).
i. Total vacancies are 355, in this 208 for Army 55 for Navy 92 for Air force.
ii. Naval Academy (NAI)10+2cadet entry scheme.
Total 55 vacancies are there.
Age limit and conditions: Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1998,and not later than 1st January 2001 are eligible.
i. For army Matric with 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent reexamination conducted by a State Education Board or a university.
ii. For Air force and Naval wings of NDA and for the 10+2 cadet Entry scheme at the Indian Naval Academy Matric with 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent with Physics and mathematics conducted by a state Educational Board or a University.
Application Fee: For General and OBC candidates are required to pay a fee 100/- either by deposit the money in any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of state Bank of India/State Bank of Bikaner& Jaipur /State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit card. No fee for SC/ST candidates/sons of JCOs/NCOs/Ors.
Selection Process: Written Examination(900marks) and SSB Test/Interview(900marks).
Scheme of Exam: Objective type Question papers.
i. Mathematics -code1- 300 marks 2 1/2hours.
ii. General Ability –code2-600marks 2 1/2 hours.
